In between non-stop touring and recording her debut album, pop newcomer (and Justin Bieber‘s rumored gal pal) Jasmine Villegas celebrated her 17th birthday with a big bash last night (December 5) in Los Angeles. Even though Bieber couldn’t attended — he’s currently hard at work promoting with various projects in Europe — Jasmine wasn’t without good friends...and a custom Hansen's Cake creation! Attending her party were her besties and fellow pop upstarts Jessica Jarrell and former Limelight Spotlight honoree Aaron Fresh.
