Hello, I saw a comment earlier about never using fondant. How did you make the draping on the three tiered cake without using fondant? If you don't mind my asking.

About 1 in 900 of our cakes include a bit of fondant for accents...the glass-smooth icing is all butter creme, thus avoiding the fondant, but touches are used for draping now and then.
