One of the lovliest creations that we've seen all month is this very tall wedding gown cake. Layer upon layer of our most delicious Bridal White cake was hand sculpted by Jose to come up with this mannequin of cake; there is absolutely no fondant used on this (or 99.9% of our other cakes!)The painted-on edible metallic details just enhance the cake's couture look without denying the flavor.
