We made a special Thanksgiving cake for our friends in the Catering office at the Beverly Hills Hotel & Bungalows. This iconic hotel gives us such a warm nostalgic feeling every time we drive by.
Now this is not cake.
It is a fresh baked honey ham that decorator Alberto cooked up for all of us, starting off the Thanksgiving feast a little earlier than most. The guys cooked up a turkey, beef brisket, and all the 'fixins as well...we'll be eating all day today and tomorrow.
What are we having for dessert?
Why, a Hansen's Cake, of course!
