Whipped Sweetness...

A vat of fresh whipped butter creme frosting evokes images of snow drifts and winter. The fluffy whiteness is much more delicious than any snow we've ever tasted, and is so much more versatile!

Strawberries are at a premium this time of year, but well worth the cost to enjoy the bursting-with-flavor berries between the perfect layers of our cakes. Here, Renee slices the plump fruits into flat, thin wafers. Mmmm!
