Busy, Busy...

Thursday never sounded so busy! Just how many stacked tiered cakes can one bakery make? SO MANY!
The trend toward tiers is right at it's peak now, with no signs of slowing down.
Today, owner Patrick Hansen carefully poured the molten white chocolate into the special molds he had created just for the bakery.
They slowly cooled down and were popped out of their acrylic prison, only to be placed atop this white lovely three-tier.
Fit for a mermaid!

Here is a peek at some of the other creations the gang is putting out for the weekend:





...and here is Alberto "Popeye" and Jose "Chino" trying to keep on top of the weekend orders. They've got fabulous cakes to create and a limited amount of time to get them done.
This looks like it is going to be another one of those work-til-midnight weekends again.
