The expression is sketched out in icing; many photographs of little lambs are studied from different angles to capture a realistic look...











Then, butter creme "wool" is delicately drizzled all over the body. Jose adds the bend leg in a true-to-life gesture... Then, little the life-sized lamb is complete! This particular L.A.M.B. was served (sans the mint jelly) to our favorite Gwen for her special birthday.
