We've had requests for pictures of the Tarzana goes:

Our delivery man Joaquin, aka the cat, aka the turtle (no, he is not a secret agent man...) is in the back entrance of the store. This guy goes all over town every single day, personally delivering about 100 cakes in each 10 hour period. He is an excellent driver, always taking care to carefully baby the cakes behind him. You must imagine how difficult it is to drive in Los Angeles with such precious cargo.

When driving a cake around, extreme caution must be taken while turning corners and/or braking. Slamming on the brakes will cause the entire shipment to propel forward, smashing the carefully decorated designs.
A terrifying task undertaken by a brave man on a daily basis!

Mr. Jack is seen here assuming his usual position (on the telephone!) Jack is great guy who really cares about his clients. His parents, Ann and Harry, got him involved in the business years ago. Nepotism runs rampant in the cake industry!
. want a closer look you say? Here you are...

Oh Jack, you do look smashing today!
